SHiNE Learning Celebration/Home Ed Expo!

 As homeschooling families we have a lot to celebrate so come join us on
Sunday, April 5th
for SHiNE's Learning Celebration at
Taylor University College
Stencel Hall and Common Area
11525 23 Avenue, Edmonton, AB
Time: 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Admission: FREE!!

How can I celebrate my thing?
You may choose to participate in one or all of the following...

• BREAK a LEG  Book a time onstage to play an instrument, recite a poem, demonstrate a skill or perform a skit - the spotlight will be on you!
• SHOW and SHARE Book a table where you can show off your science fair project, exhibit your research, display a unit study, perform an on-location demo or share your constructions. Each child who books a table will be provided with a feedback booklet for table visitors to write encouraging comments.
• AWARDS CEREMONY  Has your child reached a special milestone, won a contest, achieved a goal, excelled in a special way? Parents may submit their child's name and accomplishment that they wish to have acknowledged. SHiNE certificates will be produced and our emcee will present your child with the certificate and a handshake.

REGISTRATION If your family is planning to share your learning in any of the above ways, submit your registration to jytkennedy*NOWAY*@gmail.com (remove the *noway*) by Saturday, March 28th.

Space and time are limited and will be available to SHiNE members only on a first-come, first-served basis until March 15th, when non-members can book remaining space for $20 per table.

SNACKS All are invited to bring a snack for the snack table. No nuts, please!
